LUKE GREENSLADE
Luke found his passion for sports when he was taking sports both at GCSE and A-level and later furthering his studies with his undergraduate degree in Sports Science. Finally, Luke went on to complete a Masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology.
RICHARD PAYNE
With over 7 years of personal training experience, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and passion. Prior to leading Slade Fitness, Richard honed his craft working with professional footballers and within the healthcare sector, gaining invaluable insights into elite performance and well-being.
SIAN RICKARD
Sian is a highly qualified and dedicated personal trainer with a wealth of experience spanning over seven years. Known for being firm but fair, what sets Sian apart is her real-world approach to fitness and her commitment to providing achievable lifestyle changes that embed positive habits and guarantee long-lasting success.
OLLIE PORCH
Having worked in local gyms in the area over the last 8 years, Ollie specialises primarily in clients looking to improve their body composition & strength, but also has experience with athletic development clients, particularly for golf & football.
NATALIE MCKENKZIE
Natalie loves helping people get back into exercise and watching them progress and achieve their goals and get stronger! Natalie likes to use a wide variety of strength training methods; her sessions are never boring! some of her favourite exercises are those using Kettle Bells. She also loves cardio, and her favourite hobby is trail running with her dog.
ANDREW LUORO
Andrew first started training people when he was 18 years old and has a background in boxing, Ultrfit competitions and powerlifting. As well as a personal trainer and exercise referral specialist, Andrew is a registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and has also trained to work with Emotional Eating. Andrew admits that he is a bit of a nerd at heart and is studying a biomedical science BSc and love the evidence-based approach to exercise and nutrition.
ERIC SIMS
Eric graduated from St Maryโs University with a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation. His other qualifications include sport massage, hydrotherapy, electrical therapy, injury strapping, first aid and designing exercise prescription programmes. His aim is to ensure a full recovery, returning them to full strength physically and mentally. To achieve this, he sets realist goals in consultation with his clients.
CRAIG SHERLOCK
From studying Sports Rehabilitation at University, Craig has learnt key knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and help rehabilitate Individuals from their injuries. Aswell as working at Slade fitness, Craig has vast amount of experience working within football, with Millwall Football Club academy and Whitstable Town football club. With these role Craig aids in player welfare and providing rehabilitation and training programmes for players.
EMMA COWELL
Emma is a dedicated Musculoskeletal Therapist and Graduate Sports Rehabilitator with a passion for restoring movement and promoting wellness. Throughout Emmaโs career, she has demonstrated a commitment to providing personalised care and tailored treatment plans with a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques. Whether itโs assisting athletes in recovering from sports-related injuries or aiding individuals in regaining mobility after accidents and surgical procedures, Emma approaches each case with empathy, professionalism, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
REECE PARSONS
Reece is a reliable, driven and enthusiastic young trainer who is motivated to help clients achieve their goals. He has a natural passion for coaching and a continual lifelong hunger to constantly expand his own knowledge which can be applied when coaching, whether the goal is to improve speed, strength, power, muscle mass or even reducing fat mass, meaning he is perfect for athleteโs trying to improve performance or the average joe who is just trying to lose a few pounds. Reeceโs training style incorporates Olympic lifting, resistance training and conditioning to increase lean mass, reduce fat mass and maintaining or improving strength.
