Ollie has over 10,000+ hours of 1-2-1 & group personal training and has a strong background in diet and training prep for a fitness modelling competition and photoshoot. On top of that, Ollie has assisted with S&C for athletes in Golf & Football.
Ollie is an experienced personal trainer here at Slade Fitness, having worked in local gyms in the area over the last 8 years. He specialises primarily in clients looking to improve their body composition & strength, but also has experience with athletic development clients, particularly for golf & football.
Ollie has built his success as a trainer on being attentive and empathetic towards his clients needs, understanding that training and diet is difficult to get right whilst living a busy life! He is fairly relaxed in his approaches, but is not afraid to give you a push when necessary!
Ollie not only teaches people to lead an active lifestyle, but also lives one himself. His hobbies include Golf, Padel and being out with his dog, Buddy. Ollie is also a big Liverpool FC fan and loves talking football with anyone willing to listen!
