NATALIE MCKENZIE
PERSONAL TRAINER
Natalie has a long history in sporting involvement from competitive swimming to horse riding, and running marathons to triathlons.
Following on from school she went to Coventry University where she gained her degree.
Natalie has 3 young children, and it was after having her third child that she decided to become a Personal Trainer.
So, In 2018 she gained an advanced Diploma in Personal Training and hasn’t looked back.
Natalie loves helping people get back into exercise and watching them progress and achieve their goals and get stronger! Natalie likes to use a wide variety of strength training methods; her sessions are never boring! some of her favourite exercises are those using Kettle Bells.
She also loves cardio, and her favourite hobby is trail running with her dog.
You may know Natalie from around the gym, always with a smile on her face and ready to show her client how to achieve their full potential through fitness and exercise.
