Michael joins Slade Fitness with a passion for boxing. As a professional boxer himself, Michael has had 100 amateur fights and 14 professional fights. Everyone who knows Michael, knows how much he has to share when it comes to boxing technique.
However, for Michael the benefits of boxing go far beyond that of being a professional; he believes that boxing is a fantastic way to keep fit, improve mental health and build strength at any age, which is why you’ll see Michael working with children as young at 7, right up to the age of 80 – no one is ever too young or old to learn to box.
Not only is Michael great at what he does, he’s always got a smile on his face, ready to face the day and has loved working at Slade Gym since day one.
You’ll also find Michael on the gym floor running one of our many Slade Box classes.
