LUKE GREENSLADE
Luke found his passion for sports when he was young, taking sports both at GCSE and A-level and later furthering his studies in his undergrad degree in Sports Science. Finally, Luke went on to complete a masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology.
In 2016, Luke started his career as a personal trainer and is well known for his bubbly and upbeat personality. Having completed over 15,000 personal training sessions since starting, Luke understands what his clients need to help them achieve their fitness goals. His hybrid approach to boxing and weightlifting combined, allows him to provide a CrossFit style of training that has kept his clients on their toes for many years.
When he’s not training clients, you’ll find Luke working on his own fitness goals and is often in the gym after a full day of clients, lifting some weights as a wind-down and a way of quieting his own mind. Luke believes that they key to success in life is keeping fit and healthy via exercise – allowing yourself a break from the demands of life.
It’s Luke’s moment to shine even brighter with the opening of Slade Fitness, working closely with co-owner Richard Payne, Luke is embarking on his life-long dream; owning a gym of his own and building a team of people who love training clients and making an impact of people’s lives as much as he does.
