ANDREW LOURO

Andrew first started training people when he was 18 years old and has a background in boxing, Ultrfit competitions and powerlifting.
As well as a personal trainer and exercise referral specialist, Andrew is a registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and has also trained to work with Emotional Eating.
Andrew admits that he is a bit of a nerd at heart and is studying a biomedical science BSc and love the evidence-based approach to exercise and nutrition.
Andrew’s aim is to help you be a better version of you with results that you can keep and finding an exercise and nutrition routine that works for his clients is his priority, as he also believes it’s important to enjoy life in the process.
